About Me

I started practicing Pilates in 2006, with the aim of toning up my body, improving my flexibility and relieving lower back ache. Pilates not only helped me achieve all this, it also gave me confidence and I have become stronger and more flexible than I ever thought possible. After attending weekly classes for two years, I decided to train to become a teacher myself and started the Matwork certification course with Body Control Pilates in 2008

I chose Body Control Pilates because they offer an unrivalled training program, ensuring their teachers have a real understanding of the Pilates method and a good grounding in anatomy and physiology. Each year, I attend training courses so that I can continue to develop my skills and knowledge as a teacher and keep my classes diverse and interesting.

Its important for me that my classes offer a warm and relaxed environment. With a maximum of just 10 people per session I am able to spend time, making sure everyone is at ease and encouraged to achieve their personal goals. My classes are dynamic, flowing, safe and well balanced. Expect to leave each session feeling rejuvenated, with a calm mind and a strong and supple body.
