HIP sessions are a faster paced class which will raise your heart rate and help you build strength, improve coordination and stamina as well as being functional and great for bone health!

In 2023 I trained with HIP creator Lisa Bradshaw, incorportating HIP into my weekly Pilates classes, joinng the HIP Tribe.
