Weekly Pilates Classes in Brighton

It is important to me to create and relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in my classes and that each of my clients feel their individual needs are being met.

With a maximum of just 10 people per session I am able to ensure everyone is working at a level they are comfortable with and can perform each exercise to the best of their ability.

Expect to leave each session feeling rejuvenated, with a calm mind and a strong and supple body.

Private Pilates Sessions

Many people prefer to choose private sessions for a variety of reasons. Perhaps because they are in recovery from illness or injury or cant commit to regular classes due to other commitments in their lives.

Private sessions are also a great opportunity to take your pilates practice to the next level and perfect your technique. Each session is tailored to meet the individuals specific needs and can take place in your home or at a suitable venue nearby.

Duet sessions are also available if you'd like to come with your partner or pair up with a friend and split the cost.

1-to-1 sessions: £45 per hour
Duet sessions: £25 per person, per hour
